Shipping and Delivery

At this time, Earth Bar, LLC requires one (1) to five (5) business days for processing and ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Earth Bar, LLC ships merchandise internationally including to Canada and Mexico, but not to certain other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. All packages are insured.  Orders over $100 require signature at delivery. All packages are insured. If a package is lost or stolen during delivery, a claim MUST be filed within 5 days of the confirmed delivery date and it must be determined by the insurance company if the customer/buyer will receive a refund before a refund is issued. If 5 days have passed since the package was delivered, the customer/buyer must file a claim directly with the carrier. Please allow up to 20 days from the confirmed delivery date for the insurance company to complete their investigation.

Perishable items such as sea moss gel must be purchased using Priority, Express or 2-3 day shipping. If the customer does not select the recommended options as indicated on the website, Earth Bar, LLC has no liability for issues with the items after it has been shipped.

Rules regarding consultations:

1. Consultations are NON-REFUNDABLE.
2. A 50% Deposits is required to schedule consultation and is not refundable unless there is an issue on our end.
3. The Remaining 50% of the Payment MUST be Made at least 1 Hour BEFORE the Consultation Begins. If the final payment is not received within the required time-frame, the consultation will be cancelled (the deposit will not be refunded if cancelled).
4. Consultations cannot pass the allotted time slot.
5. Consultations are to discuss health issues and potential remedies and NOT for Herbal Classes.

International

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Earth Bar, LLC is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

Sales Tax

Earth Bar, LLC charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.
